1. Are Lexee and Onesole tops interchangeable with each other?
No. The Onesole tops will not fit on the Lexee shoe base and vice versa. You must order tops based on the shoe that you have.
2. What will I get if I buy shoes?
With all our shoes, you will receive the top indicated. You can purchase additional tops to give you a variety of looks.
3. How do I change out the tops on the shoes?
Onesoles have 2 snaps on each side. Convertibles has 3 snaps going down the middle. Switchflops adhere with velcro. This easy way of changing them out also makes for a durable way to stay on
the shoe. Lexees has 3 snaps on either side.
4. What are the Onesole tops made of?
All our tops are made from Neoprene. A thick, stretchy material that gives a great feel on your foot.
The shoes are very comfortable with a soft insole for a great feel all day. They are very lightweight
and easy to stay on your foot.
5. What if my Onesole tops get worn or dirty before my shoes?
That’s the beauty of Onesoles. You can hand wash the tops to look better longer. And if your base shoes
are still in great condition, you can buy more tops from www.snaponsandals.com at anytime for a fresh new look!
6. What if I buy the wrong size?
These sandals are very true to size. If you usually wear a 7 in the store, buy a 7 from us. If you are
generally a ½ size, go up to the next full size. You’ll be happy with that decision.
7. How long does it take to receive my shipment?
Shipments leave our warehouse within 7 business days (usually quicker). If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks, don’t hesitate to email us
and we'll give you a tracking number.
8. How do I pay for my order?
Presently we accept online orders by credit card through www.snaponsandals.com. We use a secure
site www.paypal.com to process the payments. You do not need a paypal account to
pay, nor will you need to join. This is simply our credit card processing
company of choice.
9. What is your return policy?
We will gladly exchange within 14 days of receipt; pending all original
packaging is in place and no wear is shown. You must contact us for an RA#.
